You choose the theme and we deliver the experience to your guests at your home.
Our Traditional Olive Oil 101 format includes 5 different extra virgin olive oils. You will taste a variety of styles and learn the differences between Spanish and Tuscan cultivers. We will also include flavored oils and discuss how versitile and easy they are to use in your day to day cooking. We also add “perfect bites” to enhance the different flavors of the oils. This is a formal sit-down tasting with a fun, flavorful and interactive twist.

Wine pairing courses start at $10.00 per person and can be added to any of the Olive Oil Tastings. We can assist you in choosing the perfect wine to accompany each cheese course of the evening. Many of our olive oil producers are also boutique wine producers or are in the wine regions of California and associated with small wineries.

If you choose a Tuscan olive oil and cheese tasting, we will pair 4 Tuscan style oils and 4 artisan cheeses . We will discuss what produces the styles, flavors, what to look for in extra virgin olive oil and how to enjoy these oils with seasonal foods.
Choose a California olive oil and wine tasting and we will pair 4 unique wines and 4 Spanish style oils that show off 
the flavors and styles of each. You can also choose a specific region or appellation of wines to taste and we will find the most local cheeses available.
We offer a variety of combinations from oils and cheeses, to cheeses and wine, to oils and wine. We’ll add “perfect bites” to enhance the flavors and see how they change.
Each tasting is as unique as your own style. From your home to your guests’ experience, we are there to help you create your ideal evening.
Girls Night Out and Shopping
This is not just a tasting about the flavors of Olive Oil, it is an opportunity to gather with your girlfriends in the relaxed atmosphere of your home. We will bring all you need to share our oils and artisan specialties. We will taste the flavors of the oils, share an appetizer made with one of our oils and give you the opportunity to purchase our products after you have tasted. We have found that our oils are great hostess gifts.
If you have another friend who would like to show their goods (jewelry, purses, etc.) that evening ,we are more than happy to join in with them. The more the merrier!
